Tropical Chic Birthday Card

Below is a simple and refreshing card that I cased from Jennifer Pauli card. My card is not as tall as Jenni's but other than that it is very similar. I love using black and white with some pops of colour.

 

 

 

Snow is Glistening Christmas Card

This one is for those that get to celebrate a white Christmas. I used the 'Snow is Glistening' stamp set for the snow and sentiment, and used the coordinating dies for the snowflakes.

 

Bring on the Presents Christmas Card

I made this card as part of a colour challenge for one of my up-line team meetings.

The bow is from the 'Bring on the Presents' stamp set, and the sentiment is from the 'Holly Berry Happiness' stamp set. The leaves and berry twigs are from punches and other die sets. I love the simplicity of how the card looks.

 

 

 

Poinsettia Christmas Card

I am so glad the poinsettia dies are still available this year, as they were one of my favourites when they were released last year. These dies are so versatile and work great with the matching stamp set, or look lovely by themselves when used with the embossing pieces.

 

Birds of a Feather Christmas Card

I love a good shaker card, and this one uses a combination of a few retired dies and the 'birds of a feather' stamp set. I used little white beads for the shaker component to represent snow in the snow globe.

 

Dashing Deer Christmas Card

I have a very quick and easy card to share today which uses the 'detailed deer thinlits dies' and some nice DSP. If you are after a quick card to make, then this one is definitely for you.

I cased this card from Jennifer Pauli, but made some subtle changes to make it my own. I used different DSP and added a border between the papers for a bit more detail. I also added a rhinestone for the nose and a sentiment to the top of the card.

 

 

 

Santa's Sleigh Christmas Card

So Christmas is only a couple of weeks away now, so it is time to get into the Christmas spirit, so for me that is sharing some Christmas cards over the next few days.

I used the 'Santa's Sleigh' stamp set and the coordinating dies (now retired) to create the below card.

 

 

Amazing You Card

I love the bright colours on this card and it has a real summer feel to it. So with summer starting next week here in Australia, this makes the perfect card to start the season with. I cased this card from the Stampin Up website, but have no idea who created the original card, so unfortunately am unable to give credit to that person.

 

 

A Little Birdie Told Me - Birthday Card

Sharing a bright and happy birthday card which has lots of dimension. I have used one of the 'Mini Embroidery Hoops' (now retired) to frame the stamped image and to make it the main focal point for the card.

The sentiment is from the 'Hello Love' stamp set which retired a long time ago, but is perfect for this card.

Have a Ball - Masculine Birthday Card

Here is a perfect birthday card for those that love ball sports. The card style was made with males in mind, however it could be used for females as well.

The tennis and cricket balls are raised to give it some dimension. It is a very quick and simple card to make.

Botanical Blooms Birthday Card

One of my all time favourite flower stamp sets is the 'Botanical Blooms' set. This set retired a while back, but I still love using it regularly. 

I wanted to create a card using earthy tones, and the white background really makes the flowers and leaves stand out.

 

 

Beachy Little Christmas Card

Who doesn't love a beachy Christmas! This card is very fitting for us Aussies who celebrate Christmas in the middle of summer.

This card looks simple, however it took a really long time to stamp all the tree decorations and fussy cut them out, as there where no coordinating dies for this stamp set.

 

 

Christmas Gleaming - CASEing the Catty

One of my all time favourite Christmas cards is the one I cased from the 2019 Holiday Catalogue from page 30. The copper foiled paper is absolutely stunning, and so are the foiled elements. 

The photo doesn't do this card any justice, as it looks so much better in real life.

 

Christmas Gleaming Card

It is only 3 months until Christmas, and I'm sure that time will fly by so quickly. So today I want to share a Christmas card using the retired 'Christmas Gleaming' stamp set which I still enjoy using.

I was inspired by the colours from Stesha Bloodhart's card, but I have changed the whole style of the card to make it my own.

Apron of Love Father's Day Card

I know I am a week late for posting a Father's Day card, but here it is anyway.

Sadly, I didn't get to see my dad for father's day, due to the covid lock-down, so I will just have to make up for it when the lock-down finishes...but who know when that might be.

My dad is brilliant at BBQ's, so this card is very fitting.
