Cool Treats Birthday Card

I will be sharing several cards made using the "Cool Treats" stamp set and the "Frozen Treats" coordinating dies, as this is my favourite set in the new Occasions catalogue. I love the colour combination they used in the paper and the possibilities to create stunning projects with this set are endless.
