I have seen a couple of larger hamburger boxes and thought I would give it a go myself. There may be an easier way to do this, but I cut two of the die cuts out, trimmed about 2 cm off one edge on one die cut and then 2 cm off the opposite edge on the other die cut, joined them in the middle with double sided tape and cover the join mark with ribbon and then put the box together as normal.

That's very clever and very cute; TFS! I'd assumed a different technique (of folding dsp in the center and keeping it inside of the die cut-lines when cutting) but I like your idea. It's so very cute, too! TFS!
