Poinsettia Christmas Cards

I have seen many different versions of Christmas poinsettia cards and decided I would make a couple of cards using white poinsettia's rather than the traditional red ones.

The card below uses the "Reason for Season" stamp set and the "Festive Flower Builder Punch", a lace doily, hemp twine, pearls and a sentiment from the "Joyful Christmas" stamp set.

The second card uses the "Reason for Season" stamp set, white baker's twine, gold glimmer card stock and the Christmas sentiment from the "Sassy Salutations" stamp set.

Mother's Day Card

Using up some left over products from last year. This card uses the rose die cut from the "Artisan Embellishment Kit", some paper flowers, pearls, ribbon and a sentiment from the "Well Scripted" stamp set.

From the Herd Picture

"From the Herd" stamp set has to be one of my favourite Stampin Up stamp sets of all time. I am disappointed that SU did not carry over this product, but so glad that I bought it when it was available.

Today I am sharing a picture I made using "From the Herd", "Sheltering Tree" and the "Hardwood" stamp sets. This picture took many hours to complete and plenty of fussy cutting was done for the animals.

Reason for the Season Christmas Card

The below card is a Christmas version based on my blossom petal builder card I did some time ago. I love the colours and think they work really well together.

Snow Place Christmas Cards

Even though we have sunny Christmas's in Australia, I still think the "Snow Place" stamp set and "Snow Friends" framelit dies make cute Christmas cards. One day I would like to go overseas to experience a white Christmas.

Perfect Pines Christmas Cards

Today I wanted to share a couple of very simple Christmas cards, made using the "Perfect Pines" framelit dies and the "Peaceful Pines" stamp set. The top card is all about displaying the pretty paper using the pines die and adding some bling, ribbon, star and a sentiment. The bottom card is the same except I used a stamp instead of paper to display the Christmas tree.

Update

Well...it has been a couple of months since I have posted anything on my blog, so I thought it was time to get back into it again for another year!

Thank you to those who came to visit me at the Etsy Made Local event at the end of November last year, I really appreciate your support. We had lots of customers come through the doors and I got to meet lots of interesting people and am looking forward to the next event.
