My general layout is the same as Sandra's card, however I only wanted to use Stampin Up products for this project. So with that in mind, I use the "Take Care" stamp set for the tree branch and swing seat, the "Build an Owl Punch" for the owl, "Off the Grid" stamp set for the background, "Thick Bakers Twine" for the swing ropes and the card was embellished with some punched flowers, pearls and a happy birthday sentiment.

Sweet Swinging Owl Card
Today I wanted to share with you a card that I cased from Sandra Wieffering. The cards she makes are stunning and she is one of my new designers that I follow.

Butterfly Basics Birthday Card
I have seen many simple cards using the Stampin Up "Butterfly Basics" stamp set. The fern leaf is perfect to use in the bottom right hand corner and a sentiment to the left hand side. I embellished the card with a butterfly and brad and added the New York stamp with a bit of linen thread to cover the overlapping stems of the stamped fern leaves.

You Light Up My Life Card
The card below was made using the Sale-a-bration "You Brighten My Day" stamp set and makes a perfect anniversary card for that special someone in your life.
I stamped the light bulbs on crumb cake, then on different coloured card stock and fussy cut around each one. I drew a straight line from each bulb to the top of the card to represent the cords. Each coloured bulb was stuck on the crumb cake and two mini rhinestones were added at the base of each cord. I punched out some black hearts using the "confetti hearts border punch" and stuck them in the middle of the bulbs. Some patterned paper was added to the top of the card as well as some wide striped grosgrain ribbon tied in a loose knot. Lastly my sentiment was added using some dimensionals to give it a lift.

Stamp Club Projects
I have had my second stamp club for this year and the following two cards were our projects we made for the night.
I have seen many different versions of blackboard cards around and chose to demonstrate the card below. The sale-a-bration "Big Day" stamp set was perfect to use on this card because of the chalky look the stamps give. The card was finished of with a row of banners.
The card below was cased from Tanja Kolar and is a nice simple card to use for Mother's Day.

From the Herd Card
I wanted to share another card using the "From the Herd" stamp set. I can honestly say, that this is by far my favourite stamp set at the moment.
The card is similar to my last card I made using this set, but this time I wanted to include a tree from the "Sheltering Tree" stamp set, a sign using one of the "Handpicked Framelits Dies" and a rustic fence with some flowers to finish it off. I cased the fence from Katy Harrison's card, but I didn't want to cover the cute little animals with it, so I made sure my card was big enough to fit everything I wanted on it.

Wedding Card with WOW Factor!
This wedding cascade card is my favourite of all the cascade cards that I have made. It is a
complicated card that takes approximately 2-3 hours to complete. This
card has so much "wow factor" because it has so many elements to look
at.
You can find my instructions on how to make these cascade cards under "My Tutorials" at the bottom of the page. Please note the measurements are for Australian paper sizes only (not American).

Masculine Star Card
A great masculine card! You can have what ever sentiment you want on this card.....I have the word "son", but you could also use father, dad, brother, or even "you're a star" would be a perfect sentiment.
Sadly I cannot remember where I got the idea for this card.....I probably saw a similar card somewhere, but for the life of me, have no idea where.

Trendy Wine Tags
Have you ever been stuck for a gift idea, and then end up buying a bottle of wine because you don't know what else to buy? Why not make the perfect tag to go with a bottle of wine.....
The sentiment was done on the computer and printed out in colours to match the card stock. Add some designer series paper and embellish with some banners, button and a bow/mustache and your done!

Beautiful Wedding Card
A beautiful card cased from Teneale Williams. I adore Teneale's work and loved the style of this card so much that I only made a couple of very minor changes. This really does make a perfect wedding card for that special couple.

Birthday Banner Card
A nice and simple banner card that is really quick to make.
Firstly I stamped the hardwood background stamp in white ink on soft suede card stock. I glued some bakers twine to the card base and added 3 little bows. Next I punched out a heap of little banners in an assortment of colours and patterns (using designers series paper scraps) and stuck them to my bakers twine. I added the new pompom trim in between some of the banners and finally added a sentiment and embellished a few of the banners with a small flower and pearl.
